The Ministry of Defense invests in innovation. As part of this, all kinds of innovation hubs have been set up to drive innovation, including MIND. This center will soon open MINDspace in the Innovation Dock in Rotterdam at the RDM site.
Hacon Containers has been commissioned by the Ministry of Defense to provide two fully converted shipping containers, one 20ft and one 40ft. Both containers are fully equipped on one long side with a large glass facade and two steel doors.
To maintain the sturdiness of the containers after removing the walls, the containers have been fitted with additional steel reinforcements. The containers are also each equipped with electric installations.
