On behalf of Soloan, we have modified two sets of connected containers. Each set consists of 2x 20ft high cube containers with a steel floor.
The containers serve as a mobile paint shop so that end user projects can be preserved on location under conditioned circumstances.
The containers are insulated and fitted with a strong roof construction of IPE beams. Soloan mounts a rail system against the roof construction which can lift 250 kg/m. Here parts can be hung to be sprayed and then dry.
Various air vents have been installed on the outside for extra ventilation. One of the containers has a roof construction fitted on the outside, on which a heavy Soloan air handling/heating unit is mounted.
Following the modifications which we have done, Soloan has further furnished and finsished the container on our site. After assembly on site (partial) disassembly can easily be done, so that the instalation can be moved to a new location.
